Slow service to begin with. Then, twice received wrong seat covers (first time - wrong model, second time- wrong style). Now I am unable to get money back or a return shipping label. In response to phone calls I`ve twice been told a manager would follow up (email or phone call) which has not happened. Orderwas placed seven weeks ago so it`s not a matter of impatience.
In addition the cutting/sewing did not fit or ... view morematch my 2012 Scion xB seat backs. Also, and particularly irksome, the method of attachment requires pulling cords in/through/around the seat structure then tying them off. Won`t work with seat backs that have solid rear panels that wrap under the seat - like mine. I`d have to punch holes in the rear fabric panel to adequately attach them. I paid the top price for a full custom fit.
I have purchased custom seat covers in the past for a new vehicle that fit properly, attached securely and lasted for a decade. This company and their products are not up to that standard.

Terrible Experience!
I placed an order with Seat Covers Plus on 8/27/10 for my new 2010 Ford F250. While ordering the seat covers with the company representative I was very specific on the details of what vehicle and seat package was installed in my truck. I received the order on 9/15/10. When I opened the box to start installing the covers I noticed that the cover for the rear seat armrest was not included (Issue 1). I started to instal... view morel the front seat covers and noticed immediately that the covers were really loose on the seat and did not fit like it should (Issue 2). I was only partially through installing the front covers when 1 of the installing loops ripped off the cover while I was installing it (Issue 3). At this point I stopped installing the front covers and figured I may be able to work this out with the company with a new set of front covers. I started to install the rear seat and immediately noticed that it was designed for a completely different seat (Issue 4). Wow was anything correct? I ordered a console cover and decided to try that. It fit the console but had an area where the stitching was missing creating a hole or rip in the seam (Issue 5). There was also no hole or method to access the latch to open the console door (Issue 6).
I called customer service the next day and wanted to return the entire order and start over somewhere else. I was told by their customer service rep that they do not provide refunds on ?ˆ?custom?ˆ? orders (what I received was far from custom) and that they would repair all the issues. I was not convinced and wanted to dispute the charge on my credit card, but they was very convincing and I decided to let them repair, replace all items. I was told to measure my seats, take lots of pictures and send all this to Seat Covers Plus, which I did along with a very specific email outlining all the issues. I was assured my seat covers would be repaired as soon as they received them back and they would have them out the door within 3 days. UPS picked up the covers on 9/21/10. I called Seat Covers Plus on 10/4/10, two weeks after they left my house and was told they were being shipped to me that day, Monday 10/4. On 10/12/10 I called again to find out where the covers were and the man who answered the phone told me that they would most likely ship this week. Someone was lying to me.
At this point I simply wanted my money back. I was lied to twice, treated with little respect while dealing with customer service and have been waiting for 2 months for a set of seat covers. I spoke with a less that pleasant customer service rep on 10/12 who told me that they would refund my money. As of today 10/15/10 there has been no refund to my credit card and I have disputed the charge through my credit card company. What a mess. Just avoid this company. I would give them Zero stars but could`nt seem to make the one go away.
