My wife was stuck going through Pocotello, needing a fuel filter change (a 5 minute job). I feel they overcharged her and took advantage of her in this situation. I would not recommend this garage.

Horrible Service

We were just traveling through Pocatello when our car broke down. It was towed to Alameda and they fixed it the next day. However, they were not able to competently fix the problem and we broke down again with the same problem 60 miles down the road. They did pay for the second repair, but they felt no further obligation and treated us horribly for even hinting that we were still unhappy. I would think that if I ... view morepaid for two hours of tests and diagnostics, they would be able to find a problem that three (3) other mechanics told us should be among the first things they check. Horrible Service!
