Awesome!
So my wife and I purchased a vehicle through them and a day later noticed some issues Nothing big but they apologized and took it in right away to get it fixed and they paid for everything even gave me a loaner car to get to work. I was not expecting this from a buy here pay here dealership. Also service we received was great glad we decided to stop in.

treated my mother well.
My mother is a sweetheart and can be easily manipulated, but combs really took care of her and treated her right and got her into the best car possible for the easiest monthly payments.

Unprofessional!!! Rip off!
I dont know where to start, the lies they tell you to get you through the door, the unprofessional behavior or the harassment. They bold face lied to us about down payment and financing, we were told a flat rate from the Nampa store then go to the Boise store and they have no idea why a sales rep who works for their own company would tell us that and i quote "unfortunately some sales reps will tell you anything t... view moreo get you through the door", then they tell us they can work the same deal we were told as long as we made double monthly payments. My husband and i left and went to a different dealership to conduct business when he gets a text saying we still had a key from when we test drove the vehicle we were looking at, he lets them know it was accidental and we would return the key only to be threatened with the police being called for theft. When my husband called to let them know we were on our way as we were in the middle of a deal only to have them threaten cops again and hang up on him. When we returned to this classy establishment my husband let them know we would be writing a review on the unprofessional experience we had once again only to be threatened to be put in jail if a negative review was posted about them. Good luck with them. What a joke.

They made it very easy for an elderly Lady to get into a very nice & reliable vehicle. I appreciate & recommend them very highly.

They`ve always been polite and really worked with me on getting into a car in a tough financial situation (albeit they benefited from high interest and a fairly high price) anyway like others here I question the cars they stock mine has been a pain going through a couple sensors and repairs but then again the car has 134000 miles and I got it from them with 113000 so to some extent this stuff is to be expected and th... view moreese are used cars folks and combs doesn`t build them

They sold me a lemon. My car broke down 2 hours off of the lot. They did nothing to make it right. they would not reimburse my for the repairs, would not give me my money or trade in back in exchange for the broken car, they just told me too bad. Very poor customer service and integrity... DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I couldn`t keep a job cause I had no transportation. Combs Car Corral was the only place in town that worked with me to get me in a nice little car. They are easy to work with & very helpful. I`ve been on the job now for 8 months & I feel good that I am able to provide for my family again & I`m rebuilding my credit!

Combs car corral
This dealership is so unprofessional! They will screw you over without thinking twice. They rigg your car to run when you test drive it and take it home, then it breaks down. I bought my car three weeks ago. I am 19 and have a 3 month old. My transmission just all of a sudden went out, like they had used sea foam to hold it together. It`s 100+ degrees outside, and I cannot afford to be breaking down with a baby espec... view moreially because I just bought the car counting on it to be reliable. But no, instead, I`m having to pay to get a new transmission.
If combs car corral was professional, they`d pay for that. But they are a piece of SH*T company. Don`t buy from them.
I`m going to ruin the reputation that company has and make them lose A LOT of business.
Thank you so much for being bad people, go to church, maybe that`ll make you and your staff better people.

Doing business for 40 years
Hi folks - We have been in business since 1971 selling and financing our own cars to thousands (over 10,000)of good people with, good credit, bad credit ,or bankruptcy. Its been said that we will finance anyone regardless of their situation ,and that is certainly true. Its also been said that we will finance folks with no money down ; sometimes we do ,but we usually require a down payment .Ofcourse ,we have a down paym... view moreent program that gives folks time to pay toward their down payment with no interest. Whats really great is people can come right into the store with their payments or send them electronically over the phone .Plus we report to 3 National credit bureaus to rebuild your credit. When and if their car needs repair we have 5 mechanics on staff at two stores and our service repair program offers 29.99 per hour (on average 30-45.00 per hour less than our competitors)and parts at our cost(really!)The service repair program is as little as 10.00 per month. We work very hard to find the cleanest and well tended vehicles available for our customers. All of our cars go through a 29 point inspection to insure quality and safety. You dont stay in business for 40 years without taking care of your customers. You cant please everyone no matter how hard you try;sometimes personalities clash and thats regrettable but understandable. You have my vow and solid comittment to offer the finest used cars in Idaho .Thanks - Dennis Combs

Lemon
If there was a zero, I`d check it. Bought a used vehicle on Saturday and the transmission failed the following Tuesday. Guess there isn`t such thing as a lemon law nor honesty and integrity anymore. Shame on you!!
