I went in last year to have an oil leak fixed. It then had to be brought back 4 times to finally fix the leak. In the process they ruined my valve cover and had to replace it. The one they put on had the fill hole in the wrong place and is now under the air intake hose. When I first got it back it would die when I stopped. I took it back in and the technician said that is how he thought it ran when I brought it ... view morein. I told Joe, the owner that the only issue I had was an oil leak. He then realized that his technician did not set the timing properly. Also the ABS light came on while in their care. Joe said he would look into it and call me back. He never called! A year later my car was hesitating and I thought I would give Buss Automotive another try. I went in and asked Joe why he hadn`t called. He really didn`t have anything to say. I explained I wanted to give him another try. He called me the next day and said it was my fuel pump going out and that he was going to replace the relay for the ABS and see if that fixed it but I would have to bring in back at a later time when the relay arrived. I drove away and the car was still hesitating. I called on my way home after noticing that now my temperature gauge was not working. Joe said he would check with his technician and call me back. He never called me back. When I got home I decided to pop the hood and see if anything obvious was disconnected. I noticed that the cover to my ABS was missing as was one of the relays. After two days of waiting I physically went in to the garage. Joe was gone and the gal there took down my name and phone number on Joe`s "to-do list." After two more days Joe still hadn`t called me back to discuss any of the issues so I went and bought the ABS cover and relay because I didn`t want water to get into the exposed wiring. After a year of issues I would not recommend Buss Automotive to anyone. I have tried this business twice and would strongly recommend everyone to stay away. If a person does not call you back, removes parts without telling you, replaces parts with the wrong part, and is professionally unaccountable then it is a person/business to stay away from.

Auto repair

Buss Automotive is a relatively new shop located near the Humane Society. They offer great svc and are willing to take the time to explain the repiars needed and even willing to show the customer the problem.
