He has been a salesman, sales manager, used car manager, general manager, and new car dealer. This is where he developed his love of the used car business and learned the importance of customer satisfaction. Gail handles customer relations, bookkeeping, and uses her degree in commercial art to keep their advertising and website updated and as accurate as possible.
