Horrible experience. I brought...

Horrible experience. I brought my car in there for a one day repair but they ended up taking 4 days which cost me a ton in rental fees! They also called my mother-in-law instead of me to dicuss my car repairs because they didn`t look at the customer name and just called whoever they could find in the system with the same last name. Super unprofessional and horrible service. I would never recommend this place!

the best experience ever

Northtown Auto Service is unlike any other automotive service center that I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in the door you know you`re in good hands. The work was done expertly the first time, and delivered on time as promised. Their prices were very reasonable. In fact, I was surprised to find their tire prices were the lowest in the area!
