Amazing Customer Service

Hands down the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership i wasn`t sure on what car to chose and Eric Leys Helped me from start to finish. He didn`t make me feel like i was wasting his time which in this day and age is very easy to make someone feel like that. I even got my favorite color car the same day. So happy... Everyone needs to go to Acura of Libertyville.

Quick and good service

I was shopping for used car and stop by Acura of libertyville.I did purchase used RL from James Won,he was strait forward and fast.it only took little over 1 hour to do paper work and car was ready to drive home.He knows what he was doing,good dealership and very good salesman.I recommend Acura of libertyville.

Great experience from day 1 and still great

From the 1st time I Walked into the dealership and four years later it keeps getting better. Jerry greeted me and did every thing to make me feel like I was not wasting his time even though I told him I was just getting ideas. I did not know what I was even looking for. Several followup calls and invites back, I got to lease my new TSX. Every time he see me in the waiting area, he stops and talks, with me and my kid... view mores. they are always adding something new to make it more comfortable.. Would not go anywhere else.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

As soon as i walked into the Acura of Libertyville dealership I was greeted by Juan, a very friendly associate. I did not purchase my vehicle on the first visit but regardless everyone at the dealership was very friendly and understanding of the fact that it was a big purchase for me and needed a day to think it over. Overall I would say that Acura of libertyville is a great place to do business with.

Great Customer Service

I have been interested in an MDX for quite some time and Acura of Libertyville had the color I wanted in stock. I worked with Luigi to make sure I was making the right decision. He was very helpful and treated me as a person, not just as a sale. Great sale, great car!

Awesome car buying experience.

Acura of Libertyville is not your typical high pressure dealership. There is a very calm and relaxed atmosphere in the hole dealership. I had gone in to get some info on a car and was very impressed with how professional the sales man was. I told him that I`m in the market for a new car but am not buying today. Quick, Hassle-free transaction

I first contact Acura of Libertyville along with several other dealers via their website. While all the dealers responded to me eventually, the team at Libertyville (both Andy and Luigi helped me out) came across as being informative without being smarmy -- not so at the other 3 dealers that responded. I just picked up my new 2012 TL Advance about 6 weeks ago and I couldn`t be happier. The price was great, and the service was phenomenal. Worst Customer Service Ive Ever Received

Worst experience ever. I walked into this dealership and was immediately judged by my young age (although I could`ve paid cash for the car-didn`t matter to them). Long story short, I went back to negotiate price after debating about the car for 2 weeks. This was my first car purchase, so to me, it was a big and stressful decision. The employee was horribly impatient and rude, I quote, said ""I was wasting my time... view more."" After that, I was infuriated by him and walked away. They called me the next day and told me they`d lower the price if I came back. After considering the car and setting aside a horrible employee, I went back for one more shot. I was later told I was ""badgering"" and being difficult. I don`t care if I am looking into a new Acura, or a used Chevy, a car sale is a car sale and you work retail. Learn patience! I ended up buying the car ONLY due to the reasonable price and I have told EVERY family member, friend, and coworker (and a number of strangers) about their HORRIBLE customer service. My cousin just spent 90,000 on 2 new acuras from McGrath and loved it there. They could`ve had his sale if they would`ve treated me better. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Wonderfull experience

I recently picked up my new TL from Acura of Libertyville. I couldn`t be happier with the service provided by everyone I dealt with at this store. They had a very good selection for me to choose from and the negotiation process was completely simple and hassle free. None of the back and forth that I`ve had to deal with in the past.
