Best Customer Service Ever!!!!

I had the best experience at Mercedes Benz of Naperville. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. I went there to buy a Nissan Rogue that I had found online. They treated me as if i was buying one of their $90,000 vehicles! Ed Franzen and his team were the best. Ed wasn`t pushy at all! This dealer is the best circus in town, in USA I rather say; it has the heighest concentration of population with attention deficit; The ignorance, neglegence and indifference also gets an A+ all around; The factory trained mechanics don`t even know how to put a car on the lift without causing body damage; Amasing how not a single person functions normally, from title and registration clerk, financing officer, servic... view moree advisor, parts clerk, sales person, sales manager, service manager to general manager; An unbeatable level unprofessional attitude, lack of experience and bad...very bad service.
