Worst place ever! My van was there to fix the transmission and they told me the service will take 2 weeks but then it was 4 weeks. I was paying a rented car and they didn`t care about it. They return my car with a noise in the transmission and I needed to wait 1 month to get and appointment. After that, with the $4,000 in their pocket, they didn?ˆ™t care about me, and they had my car one more month for fixing their poo... view morer job. Also during the job, the broke some parts and replaced them with very cheap parts. I lost most of the clips and bolts of my car. In Summary, I spent $4,000 fixing the transmission and about $500 for fixing what the broke during the job; I waited about 3 months ago to have my van running again; and I needed to pay a rented car for about 2 months when the service supposed to take 2 weeks. I recommend going to another place or simply installing a new transmission.

Horrible Customer Service
I took my van in to this location because it was convenient and close to my house. Initially things went well but they quickly went downhill. I was told four different times I would be called with information. I never was and had to call myself. I was quoted one price and paid $600 more because they ordered the wrong parts and I had to pay for them. I was told I could pick up my van Friday at lunch, Monday at lunch, ... view moreand Monday afternoon. Twice my van wasn`t ready, and the third time, when they said it was ready, I got there there was yet another missing part. I`m extremely dissatisfied with our service.
