Let me start from the beginning on June 04,2008 I called a salesman at Schaumburg Kia named Christopher about a 2007 Ford Mustang Convertible and I stated if it was ok I would like to hold off running a credit check on me that day. A bank was contacted and I was given a interest rate, a monthly payment, monthly terms and conditions and a final payout pertaining to my loan. I was then brought into Brian the finance manger office were I signed a retail installment agreement, an odometer diclosure statement, an after market warranty, a vehicle purchase order, and a state title and plate purchase document. I also signed a Spot delivery agreement, Why? A spot delivery agreement gives a dealership a legal out pertaining to the contractual agreements signed by them and the consumer. Why did I sign the spot delivery agreement? I wasn`t having my credit run that day. What was the terrms and conditions of my spot delivery agreement? five days. Please remember this, I was given the original signed spot delivery agreement by myself and Brian in finance at Schaumburg Kia.

Well the five days came and went, then ten days came and then fifteen days came and went. On June 19,2008 I was left a voicemail on my cell that was anything less than understandable. From what I could understand It sated we can`t loan you. I immediatley e-mailed Schaumburg Kia back due to the fact I was out of town and stated, what are you talking about this should have already been done, why? My original spot delivery agreement stated you only had five days to null and void the terms and conditions of our signed contractual agreements.

To finalize,Schaumburg Kia forged my signature on a spot delivery agreement which stated a no-day contingency. Can I prove this? yes, I have the original.

Only if you are desperate

I had gone in thinking that I would get a good deal but it turns out they they had cheated me.
for example. the car i bought I was told was $10k and we bargained the price down to $9,000. After going home we noticed a few odd sounds and I started to feel a bit like I got cheated. When I went on their site the day after we bought the car they had showed the car I purchased at $9000 instead of $10000. Thinking that ... view moremaybe the price is difference from internet to the actual store I called in to confirm that. It turns out that they dont change the price and I was told a higher price so I would buy the car at the price they wanted it at. Maybe it`s a good price. But the lack of honesty made me not want to do business with them.

BAD! EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE!

Took my car in for a RECALL not long ago and thought while im out there Ill get an oil change as well. Instead, they gave me a full service and charged me over $200 without notifying me. And when I asked to speak to a manager, they CALLED back and ARGUED with me and tried to convince me that they have the best service aroundWhy would I ask for a service for over $200 that I dont need and know I can get the same serv... view moreice for less than $50 somewhere else? They explained to me that the full service included computer operated alignment and charged me almost $100 for labor.. If its computer operated, doesnt that mean less labor? So, if you are thinking about taking your car there for a service, DONT!! I hope my EXPENSIVE experience can save you a trip!
