Honest and Reliable

I recently took my car there after taking it to another place way out on Veterans Parkway. To make a long story short I was told it would cost $1011.00 to fix an oil pan leak. I took it to TCB and they fixed my oil pan leak, the noisy exhaust and gave an oil change for $282.00! My dad was a mechanic here in town for many years and I knew the other place was trying to rip me off. TCB was the best. My car sounds great... view more and I was treated respectfully. AT ALL COSTS AVOID

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF, I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR FOR A DIGNOSTIC TEST.
UPON COMPLETION OF THE TEST, THE MANAGER TOLD ME OF WHAT SERVICES WERE NEEDED, AS WELLAS WHAT PARTS. THE MANAGER TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO FIND THE PART FOR ME AND INFORMED ME THAT HE HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SEVERAL VENDORS AND THE PART WAS UNAVAILABLE, UNLESS I WAS TO SPECIAL ORDER THE PART. I CONTINUED ONMY AY HOME AND CONTACTED AUT... view moreO ZONE AND SEVERAL OTHER AUTO PART`S DEARLER AND THEY INFORMED THAT THE PART WAS IN STOCK AND TO MY DISBELIEF, IT ONLY COST 8.00. ACCORDING TO TCB AUTO THE PART WOULD COST ME 78.00 PLUS TAX AND LABOR FEES EQUALING A TOTAL 155.00.
I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH OTHER LOCAL REPAIR SHOPS WHO WOULD INSTALL THE PART FOR 35.00 WITH LABOR INCLUDED.
I MAY HAVE FORGOT TO MENTION, THAT I DID CONTACT TCB AFTER PURCHASING THE PART, AND ATTEMPTED TO PLACE AND ORDER FOR THE PART TO BE INSTALLED AND THEY REFUSED MY BUSINESS.....GO FIGURE!
WELL THEY LOST OUT AND I LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON....CHECK AROUND B/F RELYINGON THEIR WORD..

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO TCB AUTO LET ALONE REFER ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS.
