As they advertise, they agreed to buy my vehicle outright. The salesperson and I agreed on a price of $3000, then the sales manager agreed to it. The salesperson Steve then agreed to it via email. I went in to sell the vehicle and after at least 30 minutes of paperwork the finance manager came out and said no deal, do to a miscommunication on the part of the salesperson, and that they did not want to pay me $3000 for... view more my vehicle. They still tried to sell me a car, though. I pointed out that this was not a miscommunication, it was reneging on a deal and deceptive and bait and switch.
