STAY AWAY!!!

Brought my minivan to them to fix the wheel bearing. They installed it incorrectly--TWICE--which damaged the rotor--and precluded me from leaving for a trip. Mind you, I originally brought it to them on a Tues.; I had to leave on Friday, which I told them. Tony assures me, "Trust me, we`ll take care of the rental car." Without other options I was forced to rent a car, after Tony--who BTW has since fled ... view moreto Palestine(I kid you not)--tells me he`ll take care of the car and the rental. When I got back a week later, Abdul, didn`t know anything about my situation and tells me Tony is in Palestine. They wouldn`t fix it at their expense, nor reimburse any of the car rental. This place is the least professional auto shop I have EVER been to. It`s not just that they`re cheats, they don`t know what the hell they`re doing. They used a hammer to get the wheel bearing on instead of a press, (which is why you damaged the bearing, Abdul!! ) I work at Lane Tech across the street. That`s why I went there. Anyone in Roscoe Village or at Lane, or anywhere on this planet---STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
