First Class Repairs
I found this shop in a smaller Illinois town that blew my socks off; well equipped, couldn`t be nicer, clean and customer oriented. Ken and his staff explain each repair and their name is well known the community. They do brake work, steerinig & suspension work, engine repairs, sell tires, and pretty much can fix it all. If your traveling on Highway 50 to Carlyle Lake check this shop out. Their work is great & the ... view morefolks are friendly.

In business, things don`t always go as planned. We enourage all customers and potential customers to come in and ask us about this situation. We will be happy to talk about it.

Not to happy
They snapped off a wheel stud and wanted to charge me to fix it.
They stated that the stud would not come lose, so they just decided to break it off without calling or notifying me until the bill was due.
They just lost a customer. I will also let others know about my service.
