I was very disappointed with the service department. The first time we took the car for routine service, we were told we could use the shuttle car service. Unfortunately, the shuttle car never showed up so we got to sit in the hot sun for over an hour. The maintenance was suppose to take less than an hour, it took closer to 2 hours. Recently, I took the car back for routine service and made an appointment since I... view more live out of town and it is an hour commute. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to wait on me, and was told it would take about an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. (So much for an appointment). The serviceman showed me to the lounge to wait for my vehicle. About 45 minutes, I saw him park the car on the side of the building. He walked by me several time for the next half hour, but never indicated that the vehicle was done. I asked another customer about vehicles parked on the side, and he told me that it meant the car was done. One of the office girls heard us talking, and said it might be that the workers were finishing paperwork (for the last half hour). I spoke with the service? worker and he apologized for not letting me know about the car. I bought an extended warranty on the car, but was told it could only be done at Deery Bros. If this is true, I will be trading cars soon. They do try to get you to buy a car there and extended warranty, but I would NEVER buy another car there.

Deery Bros a No Integrity Dealersip
0 as in ZERO stars from me. Salesman says something is included in the price of the car (tags) and they aren`t. I asked the salesman 3 different times and was assured the tags would be good for one year. My surprise when I get a bill from the state for tags. They blame MY CREDIT for this??? WTF...I bought a NEW CAR from them and MY CREDIT stopped tags for one year from being included??? This dealership has no integr... view moreity at all. I would say STAY AWAY from Deery..

I would give Deery Brothers no stars, but they did do decent overpriced work so far. The problem I have is being downright lied to, and parts missing from our truck on both visits to the service department. The first time in the shop, the passenger side front fender trim was missing. The second time in the shop, the drivers side front fender trim was missing. When I asked about this, the service person said it m... view moreust have come off in the car wash. WTF! The last time it happened I tugged on the opposite side to see how easy it was to come off, and it was very strong, so there is no possible way it came off in the car wash. I was also lied to during the service. I was told that I would only be charged for parts on the replacement of the shocks on my truck during a frame replacement, but when I got the bill, labor was also charged. Needless to say, I was not happy about being lied to. We will not be going back there unless they make things right, which I don`t think well happen. Very poor customer service! Update (6-19-2010): I am changing my review as far as decent overpriced work so far. We went to fill up the truck and the gas was just pouring all over the ground. The idiots didn`t even hook up the fuel line from the tank to the filler port! I can`t wait to see what else is wrong with our truck!
