Des plaines napleton if I could give zero stars I would
These people are very rude and make it very obvious that they just want to make money off of you. They have no respect or care for their customers at all. All the salesman and financial people work together to screw you over, you constantly see them grouping together laughing before they come back to you.

Very pleased with the deal and the people
I just purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Napleton. I was given the hard pressure sales pitch at Sherman`s in Evanston. Ely Daniel, my sales consultant, was very helpful answering all of my questions. The team at Napleton did not pressure us, gave us a good price, treated me with respect and as a result they got the sale. Very happy with Ely and everyone I dealt with at Napleton. At Napleton`s they didn`t pressure m... view moree to buy anything I did not want. It was a very satisfying easy experience. Because of this I will refer people to Napleton with the confidence that they will be treated as well as I was.

Don`t Go There!
This dealership, now call "ADVANTAGE," is nothing but a disadvantage for the customer. I should have known from the start when they gave us a price quote, then took it back because they made a "mistake." They sold us a broken vehicle, but told us it was covered under warranty. After driving over an hour to get there, dropping the vehicle off, then driving over an hour back home, they called to say the part needed ... view morewasn`t covered under warranty after all. These people are rude and only about making money. They have no morals and do not care about the customer.

Buy Somewhere Else
Very nice salesman--part of the good cop/bad cop routine. The financing/closing guy is slick as snot. High pressure to buy his warranty, then misquoted the warranty cost. Never received the manual we requested twice for the car.
Glossy showroom.
