Ripp-off and liars

I would give negative stars if I could! I wish I had looked up this place before I want! They are horrible. They told me they would remove my car alarm because it was broken. They did NOT! After I got the car back the car alarm went off! They told me that they only removed small pieces and the ONLY way to gaurntee that the alarm would not go off was to buy a new alarm systems. The owner is horrible. If the owner ... view morewas their the guys would have looked at it again. The owner is an a-hole and does not listen to complaints or problems!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHOP SHOP !!!!

Look at all other reviews as well as Better Business Bureau. He has an F.!!! The guy only accepts cash and gives me a discount by ""not charging tax"" I Had a remote starter installed a few weeks ago. I get my car back with the alarm disabled and several of the electronic components not working. Talked with Ray the owner/crook. He told me that this is the way these systems operate and sometimes the factory features o... view moref the car ""go away"". What a load of BS. I contacted the manufacturer of the product, who told me that I should not be experiencing any of these problems. I again talked with Ray, who then tried to sell me a more expensive system with an alarm. After additional research on the internet, I took my vehicle to an ABC Auto in Elk Grove, authorized installer, who repaired all the shoddy work in about 2 hours. Cost me an additional $100.00. BOTTOM LINE ...STAY AWAY. You will regret any dealings with this place. Next step is a complaint with the BBB.

RIPOFFwith a smile

Ripoff with a smile. They said they were one of only two companies that could install a remote start for a Jetta, so it would cost $400 + tax. Sounds like a lot but "ABC` in Elk Grove said $375. s0 redline is closer and I [like a dummy] take it to redline. What they didn`t bother to say is that this what they were going to install did remote start the car but it also disabled the VW key electronics, so you h... view moreave to use the new quarter sized emote to turn off the car before getting in and restarting the cap wiyh the key. Tey another $250 + tax to make it work like it should.
