Horrible service after you purchase the car!!!!!!!

I purchased a used Avalon and noticed the insert was missing from the cup holder. I assumed it was misplaced while the car was being detailed. I emailed the used sales manager twice and he never responded. This was my first and last time buying a car from their dealership.
