Don`t use this company if you can help it.

Told me I couldn`t clean out my personal belongings that were in my car after they towed it into their place. They told me I had to pay to just get my stuff out out of my OWN car!. I had the papers to prove that it was my car and everything and they wanted me to pay. They wouldn`t even let me SEE the car until I paid!

Horrible Customer Service

So i get my car towed on friday, the tow form states that you could only get your car by appointment on saturdays so i make one then the clerk could only give a damn she hung up on me twice and says that its not her problem and if the reply theyll reply when they can.

Poor Service from District

On 9 Jul 07, District employees failed to tow our car to a dealer 9 miles away from their office for nearly 9 hours and the employees kept telling me it was on its way soon. It was a wasted day.
