Do not trust these people. The car I was going to buy had severe body misalignment and most likely was in an accident. I was told nothing was wrong with the car and it was in "mint condition", just check the car fax. The problem is, a lot of things are not reported to car fax, including major accidents. Then they tried to tell me the title was clear so the car couldn`t have been in an accident. I told ... view morethem that a clear title does not mean a car has not been in an accident because titles can be washed of any salvage description. This is when they got extremely rude and I left. Looks like they closed up shop and ran because the website is no longer working and the phone number is disconnected. It wouldn`t surprise me if they opened up under a different name and started running the scam again. If a women named Maggie tries to sell you a Ferrari in "mint condition" turn around and run out the door.

I had bought a car from luxor recently and u was very pleased with the service and the car. I flew ina from out of state and had. Smooth transaction. Just because its too good to be true it really is

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from this dealership. Totally NOT trustworthy. Just because they have highline names such as the lamborginis, bmw, is no reason to buy ANY vehicle. The positive comments on here were probably posted by the undergraded workers that work there, so take the majority of the advice on here and don`t even hesitate! The cars outside are hard to determine whats for sale, how much, etc. Theres no price stickers, and the inside of their business looks like it was stolen. The people are nice, however, the secretary has absolutely no form of organization, papers EVERYWHERE. You would think that a business selling such top-rated well known vehicles would spend considerate money updating, and making their business look more professional? naw.. they are hiring mechanics that probably aren`t even legal and aren`t on payroll. When we were at this `dealership` there were a couple of people that entered the business and I overheard the lady on the phone saying how she felt really uneasy about being there, and didn`t trust her surroundings or even buying a car. Her husband that was on the phone told her that its probably best to just leave.. good choice! About the car? We bought a 2001 Jeep with low-miles. I was told that the batterry was just replaced.. When we tried to start it up, it wouldn`t go. The battery was totally dead. Replaced it right away, so that was good.. Sounded a little wierd in the rear-end while driving.. made me hesitate but the dealer assured me that there was nothing wrong. The windshield wipers don`t even work correctly, and later (about a year) I found out that the car has rear-end problems and it will need to be replaced ($600). Not just that but the carfax that they supplied showed that it was super clean. Well.. again wrong. Just recently we found out that the car was in a previous accident and was never reported to carfax.. how wonderful. My guess? the cars supplied here need huge amounts of work (work and problems never reported to carfax) and they fix them up with their un-qualified mechanics. I wouldn`t be surprised if the cars here are stolen.. So just to give other potential buyers a heads up, don`t buy from here, REALLY!! (especially if your considering buying from here off of ebay!)

Totally dishonest

I bought a vehicle there sight unseen.....I live about 600 miles away and was looking for a particular vehicle that they happened to have. Well, I asked some point blank questions about the vehicle, including having an external inspection done to make sure it ran ok and passed inspection. My main concern with the vehicle, which was a little older was....is there any rust on the vehicle. I was told that there was abso... view morelutely no rust on the car whatsoever. I reiterated the importance of this to me and asked for an email confirmation that there was no rust....The confirmed via email that there was no rust at all and it was a beauty. I had the vehicle delivered to me. Well, guess what.....the entire rear wheel wells were rusted out....not a touch of rust....rusted out. They said there were no dings or dents on the body of the car.... Guess what....it looked like someone shot it with a bb gun oozie. I was completely lied to by Luxor Motor Cars. When I tried to contact them to make amends....they were never available. They simply said....you got an inspection.....like it was ok to lie to me as long as I got an inspection. Do not trust a word they say. They are liars and theives. If you look at the other reviews, you will see similar experiences....the good ones are probably written by them. If you can find what you want at a different dealership, I would do it. They are liars at Luxor Motor Cars.

LUXOR MOTOR CARS IS AN OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP!

THESE GUYS ARE NO WORRIES AT ALL. THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND GREAT CARS. THEY DEAL IN HIGH END VEHICLES AND REALLY DO NOT SELL ALOT OF CHEAP CARS. IF YOU EVER LOOK AT THEIR LOT, THEY HAVE ALL MERCEDES, BMW, PORSCHE, LAMBORGHINI`S, AND ALOT MORE. IF YOU WANT A NICE LUXURY VEHICLE, BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE THE BEST IN HIGH-END VEHICLES!

terrible service

Be careful with this dealership. Make sure the car is inspected before you drive it off the lot. If you leave the lot with a problem, you are stuck !!! Because they refuse to take responsiblity for known mechanical problems, I am going to have to sue to get my problems resolved. How else could they sell the brands they have for so cheap!

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Buying a car from this dealership was the dumbest thing I have ever done! We bought a Land Rover on E-bay and when we went to the dealership to pick it up, we noticed it had an oil leak. The dealership claimed to fix the oil leak but by the time we drove the 3 hours home, it was leaking again. We were told that if we had anymore problems to take it somewhere local and get it fixed and they would take care of the bill... view more. We had to take the car in 4 different times to get the same problem fixed. In fact it turns out, the thing the dealership said they fixed was actually MISSING from the car and was causing all of the problems. 730.00dollars later, we mailed the bill to Luxor motors and we were told there was nothing they could do and that it was not their problem the car was leaking oil. I was spoken to EXTREMELY rudely and was actually laughed at by the manager when I accused him of Faud. This dealership has the worst customer service I have EVER seen and I would not buy anything from them if they were the very last dealership in the world. They take customers money and they do not care if they are satisfied. I have never been treated so poorly in all of my life. I was actually lied to by the manager. I was told "his" manager was on vacation and would get back to me in a few days, when I called back a few days later, I was told by the same person, that he did not have a manager and that he owned the store!!!!! This place is completely rediculous and I would not EVER recommend them to anyone!

These guys are great people and a pleasure to do business with. Bought a car, picked up next day, with great service. I refer all my friends/family to these guys!
