Excellent Dealer

I bought a car from here for well below book value. It was a good enough deal that I flew 700 miles to get the car and then drove it back. 700 miles in a car I`d just bought, and I had no problems out of it at all. I got exactly what I expected. He even picked us up from the airport! Excellent business! You can trust this place.

GREAT CAR

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra 2.0se for $10,000. Thats $5,000 below blue book value. I got the best deal anywhere, and although the car had a previous accident it looked absolutely like new. THE SELLER WAS VERY HELPFUL, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Owner was Vulgar, Accusing, and Abusive

I went to Outback Auto Sales after finding a vehicle listed by them on Craigslist. The vehicle looked decent but they wouldn`t allow me to take the car to my own mechanic but only to one near their lot. Of course, I didn?ˆ™t want the opinion of one of their friends or neighbors, I wanted the opinion of my own mechanic. I was very interested in the vehicle and told them that I would be paying cash. They did not ... view morelike my offer and did not make a counter-offer. They were unwilling to negotiate on the price. A few minutes after I left, the owner (I am uncomfortable posting his name) began to send me vulgar, accusing, and insulting text messages. I was quite surprised by this behavior. I texted briefly back hoping to calm him down but he only responded with more of the same rude behavior. I arrived home and sent a very patient email trying to show him that his behavior was inappropriate but he only responded with more rude and vulgar comments by email. Unfortunately, judging by his behavior I cannot recommend this seller. I do not trust him because he was very, very rude. I am very saddened by my experience with Outback Auto Sales. My recommendation is that you buy a vehicle somewhere else.
