Good old fashioned value!

Our 17+ year old Volvo wagon kept overheating. We took it to another shop and they said it needed a $600 fix. I remembered having passed Euro Auto Plex and seeing a bunch of old Volvos in their lot. I had them look at it and it was a minor wiring issue that occurred when my son changed the battery. They fixed it immediately and charged me LESS than their minimum fee. I wouldn`t consider going elsewhere.

Volvo Owners Need This

They know more about Volvos than the dealers. My dealer told me they wouldn`t work on my `93 wagon any more when it was 10 years old . John and the Euro crew have been keeping it running like a top ever since. Prices are way less than a dealer and they will find used parts too, for a significant savings. I tell everyone to go there for Volvo repair and even to take any Volvo you are thinking of buying in to Euro fo... view morer a once over. Worst Customer Service I`ve Ever Experienced

I have a 17 year old Volvo, so I`m accustomed to getting work done. But never in all the Volvo shops I`ve taken her to have I been treated as poorly as I have here. In the past 3 months, I`ve taken my car here 4 times, and not once have I received an estimate before work was completed. Every time I have been promised an estimate before work was done. I went to pick up my car yesterday and brought it up to the owner J... view moreohn that this was the 4th time I`ve been promised an estimate and did not receive one, and he started yelling at me! Apparently he doesn`t have time to call customers and see if it`s ok that they go ahead and do work unless the work is over $50! Nowhere does it say that, and I`ve had work done for a few hundred dollars there on multiple occasions. No call. When I tried calmly to explain to him that it`s not the $50 - it`s the entire principle, and good business practice, he continued to yell at me and then said fine - I give you the work for free. That seemed like a sure sign of a guilty conscience. I didn`t care about the $50 - I would have much rather had him just apologize and treat me like a human being. I really wanted to be able to take my car here, but after these bad experiences, I can`t justify it anymore. I would not highly discourage anyone from going here if they want to be treated with the slightest bit of respect.
