Good Parts Department

My husband is always able to get parts for his old 70`s Dodge van here and the parts department is always very helpful and nice. Sometimes you do have to wait a long time to get them at the counter though. The service department is reliable, although their time estimates always seem to be shorter than actual wait times.

BAD BUSINESS

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN A CAR DEALERSHIP HERE! I WAS IGNORED UNTIL MY HUSBAND CAME IN, THEY TRIED TO TELL ME IT TOOK 4 DAYS TO BUY A CAR. RUDE PEOPLE, THEY WOULD TALK ABOUT CUSTOMERS BEHIND THEIR BACKS, WERE I COULD HEAR. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
