happy with car but car salesman needs needs to be trained in how to treat customers better. bought a car in feb dealer said he would get us a new key and remote but after leaving he has completely ignored all requests about it. we left our number and he failed to call us. i emailed and another sales person said he would tell him and nothing. i am extremely unhappy with this experience. i feel like he should at least ... view moreman up and say he can`t get the key and remote instead of ignoring me.

We just purchased a 2012 Tucso...

We just purchased a 2012 Tucson from Shaffer Hyundai and I cannot express how impressed my wife and I were. They were completely open and honest throughout the entire process. At no point did we ever feel pressured or like we were being scammed. We spoke to them over the phone originally and communicated what we were looking for. They kept in contact with us helping us to find exactly what we wanted and when we walke... view mored into the dealership, they had the car washed and ready for a test drive. When we made our decision, they made the paperwork and financing process go very smoothly. Their finance department presented us several different options to get our monthly payment where we wanted it.They took time out of their day to run several different scenarios and were extremely friendly while doing so. Overall we are very impressed with our experience at Shaffer and would buy a car from them again. It creates a peace of mind when you buy from someone that you trust. Some people have buyers remorse on a big purchase, but we know that we got the best possible deal we could have gotten on a vehicle. Thank you Carey and Jon!
