Call to get information on my repairs and they were rude on the phone. I was told I would need more done that I was asking for without even looking at the vehicle. There are way too many auto repair places out there, no need to put up with the hassle of this place. I will not be going back.

I had a neighbor move back to ...

I had a neighbor move back to the area after he was away for a few years. He recommended this shop to me. I wanted to swap the coil springs out of my silverado with new springs that I already bought. I called to ask for a rough estimate and Bobby said he would call me back after he "ASKED THE BOSS". No call. I called Dan the next day and he said I should drive my truck to the shop and they could tell m... view moree how much, if I could show up when THE BOSS was there. Fine I said, I can come right away. After he looked at the truck he said I don`t know. The shocks might be hard to remove. (Not struts, shocks. two bolts. Not rusted. I replaced all four shocks in about an hour in my driveway.) I said, Hellbent performance quoted me $130, but they are 30 minutes away. If you guys don`t do much suspension I can just drive up there. I just figured it would be easier to stay local. He would have to "ASK THE BOSS". OK sounds good. Finally I am getting somewhere. So I wait for 15 minutes for "THE BOSS" and he finally comes out looking very sour. "Who can you get to do the job for 130, because he won`t do it." I explained that it was a suspension place so if they didn`t do a lot of suspension that is fine, but it isn`t a hard job for someone that is familiar with it. "Well I looked it up and it will cost almost 400 in labor" Ok that`s cool, I just thought I would save myself the drive, I said. Then THE BOSS says PSST and waves his hands at me in disgust and walks off. I would understand if I was being a jerk, but this was totally unwarranted. I went over and above trying to meet these people halfway due to the prior recommendation, but they still failed at even being reasonable to talk to.
