When you go to an auto repair shop, you are looking for three things: 1) Quality Work 2) A competitive Price 3) Timely Service. The team at Russell Automotive not only provides all three of the things that you`re looking for, but they do it with a smile on their face and a "Glad to meet you" attitude. The team at Russell has been servicing my cars for 4 years now and I can honestly say that they a... view morere a joy to deal with. They regularly go above and beyond with not only me, but any customer I`ve ever seen in their shop. If you need to drop off your car and don`t have a ride home, no problem, they drop what they`re doing and give you a ride home. If they think they can find you a remanufactured part that`s as good as a new one and save you money, they tell you about it and let you make an informed decision. If you absolutely need to have a job done in an emergency, they`ll do what it takes to get you back in your car when you need it. I don`t write many (any) reviews of businesses, but in the case of Rick Russell and Russell Automotive, I`m more than happy to make an exception and tell "the masses" what a great business they have here.
