For starters, Katie at the front desk is a sweet heart with a beautiful smile. If for nothing else go just to see her. Anyway, I`m so used to going to the national companies to get any repair on my vehicle done. I always pre-judged local businesses and never gave them a chance. State Farm recommended Bob`s Auto Body and I was hesitant, but they told me to trust them, Bob`s is a top notch facility. So, I gave them a s... view morehot and I admit I was wrong about local businesses. I have never been treated so nicely by an Auto Shop in my life. It wasn`t just "ok we`ll get it done, now have a nice day buddy and we`ll call you" It was more like, "Are you ok? Can you please explain how the accident happened? If we find anything that`s not obvious, we`ll call the insurance company for approval and you before doing any work." etc... The process was seemless, they had a Hertz car waiting for me at the shop, rather than me going to hertz and haggling before I got what I wanted. I can`t stress how good it felt to be treated like a human being. To top it all off, Bob`s detailed my car inside and out. Respected my belonging and put them back where I left them. Thanks Bob`s
