Insist on the Reserve warranty
I bought a 2002 Chevy Blazer with 70k miles.
I expected this car to be broken, so I asked for the best warranty they had, which they said was the ""Estate.""
Within the first 30 days of having the car, I am up to $2,400 of repairs, only $580 of which are covered by the warranty.
I called back, and they said ""we don`t offer the `reserve` warranty, since nobody wants it. It costs $1,000 more""
Believe me, ... view moreI would have GLADLY paid the extra grand.
If you must buy from these people, insist on the ""Reserve"" warranty.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.....RUN!
Horrible experience! After the salesman (salesmen, actually) told me everything I wanted to hear, claiming the car was ""in excellent shape"" and ""it won`t disappoint"", I decided to purchase a car from them. The vehicle ended up having A LOT of problems...A/C didn`t work, rattle in door, huge scuffs on underside of front and rear bumpers, as well as the tailpipes looked like the were severely scuffed/grinded down. ... view moreFound out the car was REPO`d (they neglected to mention this) and made multiple promises to not only take the car back (which they later welched on), and fix the issues (again, lied and never did fix). FORGET about them ever calling you back. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I`ve been a car guy my whole life, bought several cars in my day from many reputable dealerships and individuals and I have never, EVER had as bad of an experience as with these thieves.....WARNING! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!

Avoid Vogue Motor!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I purchased a mini cooper from vogue motor company on 9/08/10. After looking and test driving the car we were told the car was in great shape. The test drive made some issues came to light. The tire pressure gage indicator came on, the salesperson told us that the gage was just sensitive and they go bad after a little bit. We bought it that day and drove it home. On Friday I drove it t... view moreo Clumbia Mo, where my daughter is attending School and back to St. peters. The next morning when she went to drive it there was a huge oil spot on the drive way. After looking at it, it ended up that the wrong oil filter was in the car and it was even back words. So having to pay for a new filter and an oil change we called the dealer. They never called back. Later in the week the windshield fairing broke off while driving and the power steering went out. So the car was brought back to St. Louis and taken to the Mini cooper dealer in Clayton MO. Where they replaced the power steering pump told us that both rear tires had nails in them (that why the tire pressure indicator was going off), the front end was rebuilt, and re-aligned, the covers of the tail lights were replaced, the rear deck seal replaced. On Thursday 9/23/10 I went to get License plates, and was shocked when they told me that they could not do it. There is a lien on the car. So I called Vogue Motor company again, they said that they gave us paper work on it, but after looking through what they gave us they told us that they forgot to include a notarized copy of the lien release, that I`m still waiting for. While some minor repairs are expected when buying a new (used) car, the magnitude of our repairs is inexcusable. They sold me a car that had nails in the tires, I had to buy new tires for the car and I cannot even get it plates for it.

do not buy from these people they are liars !!!!
buyer beware!!! DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT purchase a car from this lot @ 4050 Gravois ave!!!!! the salesmans when you come on the lot let u pick out the car fill your head about how good there cars are ! and if something is wrong they will make it right. well i believed the salesman, he was cool down to earth i had no reason not to take him for his word, well i bought a 2006 chevy impala. i thought was going to e... view morenjoy this car!!!! this was an understatement!!!!! before i bought the car they said the car was 10,400.00. by time i signed the paperwork the car was 12,000.00!!!! they told me that there were fees with this loan but the fee on the internet said 199.00 processing fee . not 2,000.00 !!!! they covered that by saying that the finance company charged me that to give me the loan!!!! that was bull. so i asked repeatly for them to go get my trade in so that can ride off and forget this deal but some how the salesman convience me to stay . i said okay and kept the car so then my water pump went out on day 2,then my steering wheel was popping and they had to fix that and my thermostate went out. i was out of a car 3 different days and not one day could they give me a loaner car or give me a rental and i also kept calling the salesman for 3 weeks about my car making a noise took it to the dealership they said my right rotar needs to be replace thats why it is shaking and making that roaring noise. so everday i call and the salemans saying that he will have someone one look at it, but he don`t know if they will cover it . but i told them about this from day 2!!! do not buy from this lot i do not want anyone to go through what i went through and still going through. before i pay my 1st note i gotta pay to have my car fixed!!! i repeat do not buy from these people they are dishonest and crooks and is not for the customer you will be better off at car hop least you get a 18 month warrenty!!!!!!

Very Helpful, Fair Price, Got me a great interest rate by beating the one my bank gave me, LOTS OF P
I had been searching the net for my next car and wanted a European Import (Either an Audi, or BMW, maybe a Benz) they seemed to have quite a few. These guys seem to advertise everywhere and all their ads seem to make every car sound great so I figured I should go check them out. Not sure what was going to be best for me I went to Vogue and the salesperson that greeted me was very nice and showed me what cars they had... view more. I drove a coulple of Audi A4`s and a BMW 330CI liked them all but couldnt decide. I went home to think about it and received a call from their internet manager (Matthew I`m pretty sure his name was, this was several months ago-VERY HELPFUL GUY, much more so then the initial salesperson) and he was really helpful and asked me some questions like if I travel and where. I have family in Colorado and travel there a couple time a year to ski. He stopped me and told me that the Audi would make a ton of sense with its Quattro (All-Wheel-Drive) and had me come back and personally showed me the car ( A Gray A4 Quattro with a Stick) and I fell in love. I had bank financing in place, Matthew thought they could better my rate and I told him to try, and they beat my bank by several % ! ! ! I love the car, had one issue after the warranty ran out about 45 days in my check engine light came on, it needed a part, they paid and fixed for free. I was without the car for 1.5 days but it was free. They stand by their cars which is nice. These guys really know their stuff, esp Matthew. Ask for him, he will tell you straight. My friend purchased a Dakota Pickup from them and was very happy with his purchase as well. Only wish their facility was a bit more modern, but I 100% recommend them. A great buying experience. I got the car in March and have since put 11,0000 miles on it without any issues.

SCAMMERS
Horrible Stealership! Bought a vehicle from this dealer and got my vehicle home and check engine light came on. Called my salesman and said that they`d take care of it. They took care of it alright. Before I took it back I went to Auto Zone and have them pull the code. It was a restricted flow in the EGR valve. After I picked it up the engine light was off, but the next time I drove the vehicle the light was on again... view more. I took it to my mechanic (master technician with 30 yrs experience) instead and he found that they re-routed a vacume hose and plugged the other with a screw. This place is a total SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP!!!
