They should be called "Scumbag...

They should be called "Scumbag Toyota"! They troll on Craigslist to try and get people in instead of paying for sites like legitimate dealers do. Trying to sell a tired old GTO with over a 106,000 miles, needs a differential work, and both power windows don`t work. This car isn`t even road worthy. The salesmen are rude. Bought a used car from the manager Bill

We bought a used 2007 Camry recently. The used car manager Bill made the whole experience pain free. Gave us a good trade in price and worked with us on the Camry as well. I would highly recommend Bill. Steve from the service department was also pleasant to work with. The car we bought had many squeaks that they fixed for free. They gave me a loaner while getting my car serviced.

Excellent Repair Department

I`ve been going to Schaumburg Toyota to have my cars (Land Cruiser, Previa, Tacoma, Rav4, Solara) serviced for more than 12 years. I love the late hours (open `til midnight most evenings) personal service and quality workmanship. My cars have always been reliable due to the fine service I`ve received at this dealership. I am very sceptical of car dealers and auto shops, but this one seems to be good and honest. I bought my first car here 9 mos. ago, because it was the first dealer I went to where the price wasn`t higher than advertised when I arrived, and the salesman didn`t tell my stuff like, ""I`m loosing money on this deal."" I haven`t had any problems.

recently bought a car, they told me to contact if I had any kind of problem with in 3 months. It give problems form me with in one week. When I contacted them, they are very rude and dishonest. They said not to bother to contact them and do what ever i want. They give no value to their customers. Don`t bother to go to them. Stay away from them. I never got mad at anyone like this.

Great Dealership

I have been doing business with Schaumburg Toyota for many years. When I read the reviews online I was appalled, In my experience they do what you ask them to do in a timely manner and at a fair price. They beat the Jiffy Lube price on a full synthetic oil change by $26.00.
