Do not take your car here!! When I brought my car to Keaau Service Station the front office staff said they would call with an estimate of the amount of repairs before they do any work. This wasn`t true, they did all the work before calling and held my car hostage until I paid for the parts & labor I didn`t even authorize. When I complained that no estimate was provided the mechanic AL called and told me to &q... view moreuot;never come back here again" then hung up on me! When I informed the front office staff they called the owner, but nothing was done to satisfy us -- the customer. Not even an apology from AL. The owner stands by and supports this rude and unprofessional behavior by his employee. You should also avoid the 7-11 and gas station here, it`s the same owner for all 3 businesses. .
