omg this guys suck! lol i mean the service is lame like they dont care if you buy it or not. those bikes sel them self anyways so they know someone else will buy them so forget trying to get a deal. i called the other yamaha dealer and saved me alot more money lol man im so happy i did not buy from them.

The WORST of the Worst EVERYBODY AGREES ONLINE!

For Ducati Owners BEWARE! I have been riding and racing bikes for over 30 years. If you own Ducati do not take here. The worst service ever. They lost Brian their Duc tech for 20 years and everything went to crap after that! I brought in a Brand New Monster S4 for 600 mile service (only because Ducati wouldn`t allow Brian to work on it privately under warranty). South Seas Duc tech are ""brand new"" When I picked it... view more up it had a ""handle bar dent"" in the tank and they said it was like that when I dropped it off. Well I don`t have 30 bikes stacked up at home (I could see the other bike ""laying"" on my tank stacked up in the back""). Worst part is when pulling out of the parking lot one of my exhaust cans fell off because they didn`t bolt it back on. I guess that one is on me to... I have owned 14 Ducatis and South Seas made me give up on bikes and I only ride Ducati & Aprilia. Due to the extremely poor service, I quit Ducati.... I would rather not ride Ducati than deal with their service department. Parts department is great though!

South Seas the best Power Sports Dealers

South Seas needed to sweep its house in a few areas. and has done it well. You`ll notice the reviews are at lest 3 years old. I am happy to report that Service has a new Manager and the best Watercraft Mechanic we ever had in our 24 years of selling and servicing Watercraft. There was mention of the F&I department. We have revamped there as well. Come meet Erin; Sales and Business Manager, Bill Kato; Briceso... view moren, and Alan who together have been working with South Seas for over 20 years. Parts has gotten a facelift and a new Parts manager as well. As a owner of the company since its very first day, I`d like to personally invite you to visit either one of our showrooms, South Seas on Nimitz or South Seas Waipahu and decide for yourself....... We`ve been here for 30 years and still rolling strong!

Bad service

The watercraft mechanic they used to have was awful and ruined most of my ski`s. Now they don`t have a watercraft mechanic so there is no one to work on them. How can they sell new or used personal watercraft if they don`t have a mechanic to work on them.

Not the only Yamaha Dealer on Island

Keep in mind that this company does not want to answer their phones, and does not call you back. Pfluger honda sells Yamaha too.

Does not service Yamaha used bikes

Excited to have purchased my first motorcycle, I responsibly took my new ""used Yamaha"" to the local Yamaha Dealership (South Seas Yamaha on Nimitz near the Airport) to have them service & check it for any potential problems that I (due to my newness to motorcycles) may not be aware of.

Imagine my surprise when I was told that this ""Yamaha Dealership"" will NOT service my ""Yamaha"" bike!

Why? Becaus... view moree its a 1995 and over 10 yrs old. The service person at the podium outside refused to even schedule me for an oil change! Come on, a dealership that refuses to service/maintain their OWN bikes?!?

Yamaha = Buyer Beware!!!

Not recommended to anyone

Speaking from personal experience these guys will take your money and use loop holes to cover themselves. The salesman are great, but once you get to that finance office you`re done. Stand by to get taken for a ride. Look behind the smiling faces and see what they are relly trrying to do.
