Me and my wife just purchased a used car from BMW of Honolulu 3 months ago. They were great when we were there looking for a car but the moment we steped off of the lot we recieved extremely poor treatment from that day on. I still have not recieved my registration for the vehicle and everytime i call (8 times not) all I ever get is the runaround about they dont know what is wrong and they will get back to me. They... view more never do. Forget about the fact that they said they would find the spare key for me I know that is never coming. Beware this dealership they have extremly poor customer relations.

the life of a battery doesn`t imply time all the time , it very oftenly breaks suddenly no matter its age . Second of all , time is an evil factor when it comes to car repair especially when joined to customer hurry . Certain customers like you want to know everything about their car regerding cost and labor time immediately when entering the car dealer and talking to the advisor , that`s the wrong attitude , you are... view more forcing the advisor to give you precise answers about unpredictable things and after that , you are accusing the dealer of full of things . Third of all , the Kia dealer customer deserves a service of equal to the BMW one .
