This Place ROCKS!
This is the best place to go on the Rock to get wheels PERIOD! David knows more about Tires and Wheels than anyone I have ever met in my life. He gave me a price 20% cheaper than two other stores I went to. I was in and out in about an hour with new tires and wheels. Honest prices for QUALITY work
As a heads up to all of you on the fence about this place of business and as a stare down to all of you flamers; let me just start this out by saying WELL DONE Revolution! I called multiple businesses to get some quotes on wheels and tires I needed mounted and balanced. Most offered little or no reassurance that they had any idea what the hell to do or if they could even do it. Some went as far as to give me quotes w... view moreith the underlining that ""well, that`s the price we`ll start at and we`ll work out the rest when you get here."" Some blatantly admitted (which IS admirable) that they would probably scratch and/or ruin the rims. Problem was, it was quite a straight forward task. I contacted Revolution somewhat hesitantly after reading some of the flaming reviews, got a quote (which was better than ALL of the other estimates) made an appointment (not just waltz through the doors and expect some royal treatment) and showed up the following day for the service. They were busy when I entered however I was promptly greeted, acknowledged and informed that they would be right with me (an important step in running a Grade A company! Not just ignore people letting them lay in wait) I waited and listened to some of the requests and deals that customers asked and received. All of which were for quality products at good prices, some at honestly close to cost and without hesitance to go above and beyond for more piquant requests! When finished with others, they attended to me, pulled up my appointment on the computer and began to take care of my wheels. I inspected each of the Matte Black Motegi Racing wheels before turning them over to the shop. To my disbelief each one came back without a single scratch, ding, chip or scuff. I also received them with tires mounted in the right direction unlike with Sears! When it was all said and done I waited for the bull**** surprise of a bill and guess what, it was exactly what they quoted me, no whining or complaining about what who said over the phone needed. My point in a nutshell..?..? Revolution is a reputable business with honest employees, good pricing and QUALITY work which is hard to find out here! If you want great Wheels/Tires/Service at a good price done by honest and KNOWLEDGEABLE people GO TO REVOLUTION... if not have fun getting screwed at Sears!

Improvements needed
In response to ElizDel comments regarding your General Manager, I don` t think the last comment suggested she was ugly in appearance. But as far as her customer service skills, my six year old has better customer service than she does. The only time she was nice and sweet is when it was time to pay the bill. She may be a great and sweet person, but she should learn to be friendly to every customer that walks in th... view moree door. People are entitled to have bad days, but every interaction I had with her, she had a chip on her shoulder.
I would say besides the bad customer service received via telephone and in person, the thing that annoyed me the most was the run around. Take a few minutes, call your customers and give them a status update. If you let people know what`s going on with the money they`ve invested in the material you`re selling, you`d have a lot less frustated people waiting around your shop.

This place is terrible!
Revolution talks up a good game-but their service is less than great. They never return calls when they say they will and they never follow through when they say they will check on an item for you. David is a good guy, but truthfully he can`t run a good business nor can he back up what he sells. He has a office ""manager"" that looks like she`s going to the bar.

Revolution Motorsports..honest opinion
To be honest David Silva gave me a pretty decent deal on a set of wheels and tires. Here is where the problem begins. I come in at my schedule time and they start hooking up my car with the new rims. I go ahead and pay the bill while I wait. After they are done and everything was paid they tell me one of the center caps is missing. If you know anything about rims...if your missing the center cap your wheels are ghett... view moreo. David tells me don`t worry we willorder you a new one and we will make all of them BMW center caps, it wont take more than a couple of days.
A week passes no call. I call in....he is busy. They will call back. No call back. I call again...the same. I stop by...he then starts making calls...he tell me call hiim back we will have this fixed by the end of the day. ....done? Of course not. I call back and tell him just give me any center cap...I stop by again....He finally makes the call to the factory to get me a center cap...in the meanwhile I am running around town with 3 on my car. Total time to get everything....1 month.
I was gonna have them put spacers and extend my lugs to make it hella flush...but now...pass.
BOTTOM LINE: He might give you an ok deal (but just about all the shops costs the same for the same set of wheels), but make sure he has 100% of the product or don`t pay him in full until you have it in hand. You may also want to hold his hand to make sure he actually calls and orders what you need....
