Basil, Nate, my husband and I agreed upon a price per month that we would pay for a lovely Sedona. He even had us sign a paper with that price on it! Once in Basil`s office, he added multiple things to the contract that drove the price up $60 per month and he will not make it right. Even if those charges are refunded, my payment doesn`t change. DON`T BUY HERE

Worst service ever even with change in service managers! I have had problems with this car. Bought on selling point of warranty that came with it. Wife took kia sportage to have a couple of things repaired at different times. They did great replacing the face of the radio when it was comming off. But that was only time. She went up there when air-condition was making loud noise. They told her it was normal sou... view morend. I had to take off a day at work and Got the service manager and told him if he had another new vehicle that made that normal sound then i would be fine. Hopped in a new on and no sound. Got in mine and drove down street and before we got going he admitted that it was louder than normal and replaced the compressor. I wasted a days pay and the hassel of dealing with them. Another time wife took it up there noise was coming from front c/v joint. They told her they could not duplicate noise. I talked to them on phone and no avail. Later took it back to them when noise was more often and they had the nerve to say that it was caused by us hitting something. B/S..... Wife refuses to go back to them because how they treat her. Stay away from them!!!!!!!! Dont just take my word for it search them in other places and you will find this is the #1 complaint for this dealer.

Absolutely a ripoff

Bought a new car. Promised oil changes and tire rotation for life in writing. Later was told that in order to qualify for the previously promised work, we would be required to pay for extra service not required by the manual nor required to maintain the warranty. Management was no help in resolving issue. Initial car quality was the worst I have ever experienced. Worst place to buy a Kia!

Bad experience with Fred and Greg. Multiple credit inquires. Vehicle was dirty. High pressure sales tactics used. Fred sent rude letter and John wouldn?ˆ™t return my calls. Do not recommend!

Horrible service department and misinformed sales people

Bought a used car with a warranty, was told if I took my car to their service department for repairs I would have no deductable. My car has been serviced MANY times and after the last visit was told I had a 100.00 deductable and was misinformed when I bought my warranty. I have had to bring my car back to be serviced because it wasn`t fixed in the first place, been told my warranty wouldn`t cover a rental car wh... view moreen it had before, been told I would have a loaner vehicle available on a certain date only to arrive and told to come back the next week because there were no loaners, I brought my car in with several problems last visit one of which was that my oil light was on. When I got my car back my oil light was still on so I had to pay for my rental car and to have the part replaced. They were supposed to have rotated my tires and didn`t and fixed a leaky valve cover gasket that i had to pay another repair shop to fix today because it was still leaking and there was a pcv valve that was left hanging from the last time....I could go on and on..... They have always been rude to me and my family from the very first visit (after they sold me my car of
course).

excellent service/value

My experience was positive all the way through. They gave me a great deal and life time oil changes and tire rotations on my new car for free. The service dept. has been so good I take all of my cars there now.

excellent customer service

I`ve gotten nothing but the best for them, in sales and service. I got a great deal on my new car, and they threw in life time oil changes and tire rotations. I love the service dept. as well, they hand wash my car with every service, even one of the free oil changes!!!
