I have purchased two SUV`s from Crosby Nissan in Waycross, Ga and my first experience was good, other than the saleman was inexperienced. However the second vehicle I purchased I felt utterly betrayed by the dealership. I traded in a perfectly good Xterra that was in mint condition for a larger and more expensive LE Pathfinder, and took the word of the dealership that the Pathfinder that I purchased which was slightl... view morey used for three months was perfectly fine. Well about two weeks after the purchase I noticed a bead of black silicone sticking out of the front window and was bending back some of the molding and thought for sure that was not correct and called them and they told me this happens sometimes and not too worry, but always felt something had happened to this Pathfinder. Well that was back in 2006 and now 2011 I have paint coming off all around the window area and am convenced something happend to the car before I purchased it. We tried to contact the dealership two times and were ignored and told this happens sometimes and even went to cooporate and they wasted my time with them because they said it was ultimately the dealerships decision to fix it since they said it was out of warranty. I still owe nearly $9000 on a car that paint is flaking off like crazy around the windows and am severly disapointed that the dealership would not help us or even offer some type of discount because of what has happened. Thanks Nissan for selling me a car with problems and not standing behind your product that you know shouldn`t be having the paint issues it is having. You`ve lost a customer and have likely lost more in future sales than what it would have cost you to fix my problem.
