One Unhappy Customer

I bought my car in January 2013, as a local college student who desperately needed a car. In the contract during signing time, it was agreed upon to fix my AC along with one other issue. Well apparently the fixing they were doing on my A/C was a temporary just to get by fix until my warranty expired. We played this game about 3 times, until my mechanic from home spotted the temporary mix, and what was really up. The ... view morework I needed done was equivalent to about $900. So I went back to Victory Lane, who insisted that although the issue with my AC was stated in the contract, the only way they would repair it was if I paid $250. Yes $250 is significantly less than $900, but what`s written in the contract is just that and is what should be followed through. Correct? Well a few months passed (approx. 3-4 months), while in Warner Robins on military duty doing my annual tour for USAFR, my alternator goes out which they repaired at a cost of $200. That`s not the icing on the cake, all the while paying my car note, car insurance, and regular maintenance a vehicle requires...1 1/2 weeks later after my alternator had to be replaced, my starter goes out while I`m home. Talking about pissed. No saying I was pissed is an understatement, I actually went numb. From January 2013 up until now, August 2013 has been extremely unpleasant dealing with Victory Lane Auto Sales. I wouldn`t recommend anyone to purchase a car there, not even my worst enemy. Yes there easy to get a car with, but I`m quickly learning it`s not worth the hassle, at least not in my experience. I pray The Lord sees me through this difficult time, and I pay this car off quickly. I`ll be glad I see the day where I never have to look back at, speak of, or hear about Victory Lane Auto Sales. The owner (who talks in circles), the owner`s wife (she`s extremely rude), salesmen, and mechanic(s) are all crooks if you ask me. You`re better off without a car than buying from Victory Lane Auto Sales.

I`ve had business dealings with Victory Lane Auto Sales for approximately ten years and have always found them to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I no longer live near their dealership; however, my next vehicle will definitely be purchased from them.

Patience and Kindness does not...

Patience and Kindness does not work for the people at Victory. I bought a vehicle from them in 2010 and they have been very evasive in handling the repairs that were in the contract for them to do. They sugar coat things, take your money and then dont do anything afterwards but give you a difficult time. Also, in dealing with the owner, he is very rude and will basically tell you that he has your money and that there... view more is nothing you can do about it. They lie constantly about what they are doing to it and when you get it back there is more wrong with it or the repairs aren`t even done. I have had a nightmare of a time dealing with them and would never recommend anyone else to them. This is only my opinion so if anyone else does choose to buy from them I wish you the best of luck.

Bait and Switch

This Dealer offered me one price for my used Vehicle and when I brought it in to sell, changed the price by over $1,000. They have shown themselves to be dishonest and I would not do business with them.
