As a female (with 3 daughters that drive as well) I am very apprehensive about auto repair places. Buckhead Collision were professional, honest and did an amazing job. No Complaints

My wife recently damaged the front bumper of her Lexus RX. After reading reviews online I took the car into Buckhead Collision, received a quote, which was nearly identical to a quote I got on instantestimator . com so I knew the price was honest. Dropped the car off on a Tuesday afternoon and it was ready Friday morning. Car looks great and was even cleaned. I will use Buckhead Collision again if needed!

A Great Shop to work with

I recently had an accident and had to fine a collision repair shop, so I went online and read the reviews of all the shops in Buckhead. Buckhead Collision had the best reviews. I know there is no perfect shop anywhere.So I went there, I was greeted when I first walked in by Mr Wilson. Great Shop to Deal with

I have had experience with 2 other large shops in the Buckhead Area and had nothing but problems. A friend advised me to go to Buckhead Collision. I did so, the service and quality of work was GREAT. I recommend this shop 100%, Mr Wilson that help me as very nice and very professional in the way he handled my claim with my BMW. He handled the insurance company and everything for me. A friend told me to come here.

I am a woman in college, I am from out of town and everything. I recently had a wreck, a friend recommended that I come to this shop, I did so. The minute I walked in the door, Mr Wilson greeted me, he was so nice n pleasant to deal with. I ask him to speak with my father, he had no problem doing so. Best Experience

Buckhead Collision was very helpful in every step. My insurance had 2 claims created instead of 1, they called my insurance company to sort that out for me. It only took them a week to complete the repairs. When I got there to pick it up, they had detailed the inside and outside of my car. Overall, very satisfied and absolutely no complaints.

Every detail of this business is thorough and perfect

I almost panicked when I realized that my absolutely ""GO TO"" collision shop was no longer on Edgewood Ave. Then I found out it was now called Richard`s Buckhead Collision on Piedmont circle. Reliable, great body shop

I have had a number of poor experiences in Atlanta getting collision repairs done. No one delivered when they said they would, repairs were incomplete, etc. BAD EXPERIENCES! Buckhead Collision is SO DIFFERENT from the rest. Excellent service, totally reliable for doing what they say when they say it will be done. Easy to get in and get out. Friendly personnel. Only place to go for collision repair

They did an AMAZING job on my truck! It really looked better than new. The people were friendly and it was done when they said it would be. AND it was done over the holidays so I really appreciated the honest and prompt service. While I hope I never require their service again, it`s comforting to know they`re there.

I needed this so badly.

A thief broke into my truck through the passenger window bending the frame and stole my radio. After making the police report, I headed to Buckhead Collision where I have been twice before this. James asked if I wanted to repair the inside of the door in addition to the window. I responded ""I can`t afford it as I lost my job this morning."" The estimate was fair and as I expected $1200. I can hardly see through ... view moremy happy tears right now. Upon hearing my story they cleaned my truck, fixed my window and door, and knocked the price down to $541. I found out today when I went to pick up my truck. They care. They listen. They are part of this community. It was near impossible to pay, but I needed the quality work that only Buckhead Collision can provide. Then, they ate more than half the cost. I know what it would have cost because I have the invoice. I know they`re fair because I`ve been there twice before this. They take care of your auto needs AND you. They are in business to make money, and yet, they understand how hard things can be. You can`t know how much I needed this break. I`m proof that they really do care. AND they do amazing work!!!
