Dishonest, Misleading & Inconsistant. I bought a set of Michelin tires with the road hazard warranty At the Macland Road location, I was told by Paul that the road hazard policy was no longer in effect since Pep Boys bought Big 10 Tires. I attempted to have my tires rotated and balanced and Paul said it would be 20-30 minutes. I went next door and waited one hour and came back only to have John state with an attitud... view moree he would not even rotate the tires anymore since they are somewhat worn. Pefect example of one manager contradicting another. As a customer I have witnessed this location simply rotating customer`s tires without rebalancing them. I have caught them failing to do so on my vehicle several times. I now understand why Paul always wants you to drop your wehicle off for 2-3 hours. This location will always make you wait much longer for warranty work while taking new customers ahead of you. I contacted Tisha at the corporate office and no one has called me back to even address my complaint.
