Good News or Bad News? Bad News, first.
THE BAD. Looking at their website, they don`t give details about the purchasing or returning process. I visited them, in store, and found out that by using my card there is a 2% charge (pretax) using debit, and 5%, credit. Which isn`t bad. Just had no idea before I went in. Also, there are no returns. There is either a credit or exchange. The lot is all gravel, so be... view more prepared for that, too. Once again, just a warning nothing bad. Lastly, pricing continuity from website to store is a bit shaky; only by a few dollars, however.
THE GOOD. Their website is easy to use. Contact information listed. They were polite and patient. They guy I dealt with was efficient and courteous. They had the part that I was looking for in BRAND new condition at 1/4 the price of it new. The establishment is clean and organized. In and out in under 10 minutes (that includes inquiry, procurement, inspection, and payment processes).
OVERALL. I would definitely do business with them again. I would recommend calling before time to verify pricing and availability. I went in cautiously because of other reviews that I read, but soon realized that I`m sure not enough good experiences were documented (working customer service, myself).

I went to this salvage yard yesterday to pickup a part for my car. Let me just say, that I was very impressed with this outfit. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone the previous day courteous and helpful and a second gentleman who I ended up dealing with was as well. The yard is owned by two brothers whom I had the pleasure of meeting, and I must say they run a tight ship. The yard is a clean as a whistle, and t... view morehe office area is very nice as well...looks new. When I was there, I eavesdropped on a customer and her conversation with the third employee in the office. While they did not have the part she needed, I heard the salesman say that he located the part at another salvage yard and gave her the name, address and phone number to the other salvage yard!...Now that`s service in my book. I got my strut for my Volvo S70 for 65% less what a new one costs at Autozone and headed home thoroughly impressed!

A salvage yard is a place to buy used auto parts at a reasonably discounted price. I recently inquired about a rubber door seal which had considerable wear from being exposed to the elements. They wanted to sell me the part for $5 dollars less than what I could purchase it new. When I mentioned the dealer price they rudely remarked ?ˆ?I advise you to buy it, have a nice day.?ˆ? Seriously? I strongly recommend you ch... view moreeck out eBay, the internet and competitor before visiting this yard.

These guys are professional, polite, and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised. Their junkyard is anything but a ?ˆ?junk?ˆ? yard. It was very clean and well organized. I highly recommend them.

Salvage You Can Count On
Being almost in the heart of Marietta this junk yard has come under unneeded scrutiny through the years. As the town has grown outward and Cobb county gained more and more residents this junkyard has been unfairly approached by officials for over a decade. Having said that, these days you may not find the selection you once might have in this very well kept yard. They do know exactly what parts they have on hand. So ... view moregive them a call or check on their website before you drive over and waste the gas. It`s a knowledgeable staff and very helpful. If you have to go junking for your parts this is certainly a good option.
