Not sure what happenned with a couple of other customers, but I gotta tell you, I found Mike to be extremely professional and helpful. My wife and I went to his store to have the M & G brake system installed on our 2006 Jeep Wrangler that we tow behind our motorhome. Great Company, Outstanding price!

I have read a couple of reviews speaking about Mike and his company. Well some of the reviews were not good. I would like to say that I do not know Mike but have allowed Mike to install at least five hitches on my trucks over the past ten years. I have had nothing but outstanding service from Mike and his employees. The price is right and the time I spent at Mike`s was not bad for the work they did on my truck. women should not go here!

""Mike"" is a sad person, he talks to customers like they`re his slaves. What makes some people so hateful and arrogant?! I was charged $100 just to see if my hitch was the right size, it took less than one minute! The owner talked SO hateful to me and I know he would not treat a man the same way or he would already be missing his front teeth.. ...I`ll NEVER go back there again!

Great Service!

Mike is great! I took my Chevy Tahoe in to see Mike for a trailer hitch before taking my new boat to the lake. I shopped around first and found his prices to be close to or the same as others around the area. Before I left, he made sure I understood everything about the hich, wiring, and lighting before I took it out on the road. Highly recommended!

caution caution caution

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The owner is literally SEVERELY mentally-ill and talks to ALL customers as if they are nothing. Why would someone ruin their own livelihood unless they`re insane? Expect to be treated very shoddily here. We took our vehicle in to have a hitch installed and, at first, everything seemed fine. ""Mike"", the owner, looked at my wife and told her she needed to sit outside until the job was finis... view morehed because ""you`re trash or you wouldn`t have that tattoo"". I almost exploded. The tattoo is there to help hide a surgical scar that she is very self-concious about. I went into the bay, told them I was through, and to pull the vehicle out. ""Mike"" wanted me to pay $200 labor for taking out 4 bolts before we could leave, which I refused to do! We stepped into the vehicle and left without furthur delay. My wife cried all the way to the campground. We told others what happened and several said they had been through similar experiences with ""Mike"" and his ugly mouth. One man told us ""Mike"" charged him DOUBLE because ""Mike"" thought he was from out of town. He heard ""Mike"" say ""I`ll charge him extra, we`ll never see him again, he`s from Colorado"". Little did ""Mike"" realize the PLATE was from Colorado, but the owner actually lives in Fayettville, Georgia, right down the road! We all agreed on one thing, that we would NEVER go back and we would spread the word far and wide. Looks like its working, I drive past his business on the way to work and back every day and there seems to be fewer and fewer people there. It never pays to disrespect your customers! WORD DOES GET AROUND!
