Who speaks for the customers?
I would like to start by saying that I`m not a bitter customer just disappointed in the service that I have received from Ivory Chevrolet. In the past I have had services completed from this dealer on my car and was very pleased with the outcome. In attempt to be a loyal customer I returned with an additional problem with my car. After the diagnosis was made I was told that my repair bill was over $750 and that my... view more care would be repaired within in 24 hours, however this was not the case it actually took about 2 days which wasn`t an issue because the company provided me with a rental car. The issue started when my car was returned and low and behold the same issue with my brakes was still there. I returned to the dealer/service department and was told that my brakes were lifted (later found out that there?ˆ™s no such thing). So in an effort to rectify the problem I returned the next day at 7 am and the dealer kept my car all day and I was later told that the issue was with my tires. All in all it sounds like a bunch of bogus mess that the dealer is coming up with to cover themselves. Needless to say my brakes are not fixed and guess what MY LIFE IS STILL ENDANGER. So if you see a blue Cobalt on the road get out of my way because my car may or may not stop.
