Oil Change not properly completed / $$$$ Damages

My drain plug, which was not properly secured after the oil change, came loose and fell off. This caused all the oil to fall from my car resulting in damage to my engine. I have spoken to the manager and he says that he is not responsible for the car. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE.
