Brooker Ford (including origin...

Brooker Ford (including originally Burnette Ford) has been in Dalton for many, many years. So, that fact alone speaks volumes for the company especially in the economy we are in today. Jeff Allen is a sales person there and is a `good` southern gentleman. He is easy to deal with and will treat you fairly.

what is this dealership thinking ?

I went to this dealership for the last time. I have had a problem with a salesman several years back (arnold) because of smart remarks and trying to pre-qualify everyone before taking their credit application. this must be a regular thing for this dealership . The brookers dont know the buisiness they have lost on just my business alone! I have purchased no less than 16-18 new fords (from just chatsworth ford). sinc... view moree my first rotten visit. .two weeks ago I went into the dealership trying to purchase a 1998 f150 with 150000 plus miles and everyone knows that is a bone yard vehichle heading to AUCTION .I had two vehicles to trade on this truck which was nice for age and mileage. one of my trades was newer with fewer miles and according to kelly blue book was worth more than the 1998 f150 if it was in excellent shape. so they would have my other vehicle (FREE) . BUT THAT WASNT GOOD ENOUGH SO I OFFERED 2000.00 DOLLARS MORE still not good enough. MR. JOHNSON the sales manager (STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN). said he would trade for over 4000.00 plus my 2 trades. THEY HAVE A BEAUTIFUL NEW DEALERSHIP WITH A BEAUTIFUL WATER FOUNTAIN and I guess is was up to me to pay this months RENT!. They lost my BUSINESS AND ANYONE I CAN TALK TO THEIRS ALSO. good-luck in these hard times I personally hope you go out of BUSINESS the sooner the BETTER ! GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!!
