AMAZING SERVICE! I noticed I had a flat on the way home from work and pulled in a parking lot as soon as I could. My tire was done for and Pep Boys Lawrenceville was located across the street from the parking lot. Ran over and they seriously helped me out big time! Glen T. the mechanic who was kind enough to help me on his lunch break took my tire off took it across the street to get a new one and carried the new on... view moree back across the street and put it on for me. So any one who needs a helping hand I would highly recommend coming here the guys over there made my life 100x easier and bailed me out! P.S. Pep Boys needs to add like a tip button for situations like this?ˆ¦.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

These people are unbelievable! I was quoted $300 labor to install a clutch, had the car towed at my expense to thier location to complete the job. I get there and they say that someone miss-quoted the price and it would be over $400 to complete the clutch job. We agreed on middle ground at $350, they were happy, and I agreed. 3 hours later I recieve a call saying that they can not complete or even start the job becau... view morese a single bolt was welded on to my exhaust system (only one side was welded to keep it from vibrating lose, easily unscrewed from the other side) and the refused to work on the car. The manager was flipping out saying the car was modified (which it is not) and refused to complete the promised service because the price was to low. Bait and switch cost my a fortune!!!

I took the car to another local mechanic who completed the job in under 3 hours with no complications. Pep boys stated it would take at least 5 hours.

PLEASE PLEASE stay away from these fruit loops at Pep Boys, they do shoty work, they do NOT follow thier word, and they WILL srew you for every last dime... I would highly recomend ANYONE else...
