Go to someone who KNOWS.....not these guys

I am NOT reviewing the tire part of this business. I did not buy tires here. I am reviewing their mechanics services for your vehicle. In short: they are incompetent. They DO NOT listen to the advice, comments, opinions or even the expertise that a customer may bring in with their problems. I had VERY REAL diagnostic problems with my vehicle & AFTER 3 visits to Wiley with the same problem & being overcharged TW... view moreICE & still experiencing the same problem I had to DEMAND that they follow the problem being diagnosed by their equipment & FIX the problem that was being diagnosed. They will try to sell you services for your vehicle on "problems" that "they" find that are not even related or present from the original reason on why you brought it in. Save yourself alot of headaches & hard earned $$$$$. Go to an EXPERIENCED mechanic who will "LISTEN" to you & will not hesitate to use the wealth of knowledge available over the internet to SOLVE your problems the FIRST time. Wiley Tire may be good in the tire department, but they are seriously lacking when it comes to KNOWING how to fix your mechanical problems.
