The Most Awesome Customer Service Ever

My husband and I purchase a set of tires for my car from Kauffmann Tire in Douglasville this past week. They were awesome! First, the shop is very clean with a clean customer waiting area filled with complimentary drinks (bottled water, cokes, and Keurig coffee). They gave us exactly what we asked for without trying to upsell us (although they did point out a minor problem I had, not making a mountain out of a mol... view moreehill). They did the job quickly, and when I pointed out my wheels were dirtier than when I came, Ray came out with a bucket, degreaser, and rag and cleaned my wheels. Ray was awesome, from the time my husband called about the tires to the time I drove from their shop. We have found a tire/alignment shop for life!!! If you are anywhere in this area (or not), I highly recommend Kauffmann Tire in Douglasville.

These Guys Rock!

I`ve gone to these guys on several occasions and they have never disappointed. They really know their stuff; plus, they`re friendly and patient. BUT, the best thing that I like about Kaufman Tires in Douglasville is that their prices are posted for all to see. Yep! That`s right. You don`t have to guess the cost, it`s right there in your face.

They set the bar pretty high. I drive out of my way to get to Kaufm... view morean Tires in Douglasville. It`s worth it. It`s hassle free, no pressure, friendly, honest service....just the way it should be.

Great Customer Service

These gentleman are efficient, knowledgeable and patient. They assisted me in a selection of rims and tires. They helped me find what I wanted. They have plenty of expertise on site to assist you in what ever you require from a simple oil change, to a full rim and tire selection. I will continue to use their service and recommend them to others.

Best and most honest tire and service center in Douglasville

I love Kauffman Tire in Douglasville, they are honest and fair and will never try to rip you off. Ask for Wesley when you go in, he will take good care of you and all your service needs.
