Poor Work

I had a truck of mine worked on at their shop before they moved to Canton, while they were still located in Cartersville. The shop owner Roy told me it would be no problem fixing my 6.0 powerstroke truck as they had done plenty just like it before. But don`t let the people at this shop fool you, they had my truck for 5 months and gave it back to me not running. I had spent over 6k on repairs at their shop and had to ... view morespend an additional 3k in repairs in things that they had messed up. I filed a complaint with BBB requesting a refund of my money and was treated like somebody trying to get a free ride. I advise anybody that wants to do business with Big Boyz Motor Toyz to rethink and go some place else that will do you good. From the 5 months I spent visiting this place trying to get them to fix my truck and put it back together I gathered the information that they buy lots of repo vehicles or other cheap vehicles that don`t run we`ll and fix it just enough to sell "AS IS" then it`s yours. Good luck people and if you do do business with them I hope that it turns out better than my experience.

2 trucks in 1 year and nothing but pleases

I have bought 2 trucks in the last year from Roy at BBMT`s! Both have been excellent trucks. I bought an 02 Chevy and then turned around and bought an 06 Chevy from him. Both trucks have been issue free other than regular maintenance. Yeah there were a few imperfections, IT`S A USED TRUCK!!! He was upfront and honest and everything he said matched the vehicle. This is not your average dealer where they only care about the bottom dollar, they treat you more like a friend. I am already discussing buying number 3 from him this year. I HAVE and will continue to recommend him to everyone I talk to looking at buying a quality used vehicle.

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. I have always had very good service and have been very happy with the vehicle I purchased.
