Dealer Scum
Went to get car serviced and of course while you`re waiting a salesman is always trying to make a sale (cant blame `em). My girlfriend did want to get a car or her present car into her name so we listened to what he could do for her. Ended up spending $200 to get her car serviced after a loan really wasnt feasably attainable at the time. Got a call the next day about them having a car she could trade for to get same ... view moremonthly payment as she already had. Nice car, newer, lower miles, etc. Purchased the car with trade at a pretty high interest rate (that she signed for) and had a ""We Owe"" ticket made to remedy little changes needed for new car to be done at dealership the next week. Upon arrival to handle the ""We Owe"" ticket, the finance manager asked her to sign a form saying he ""made a mistake on one of the forms"". After signing the paper, he then pointed out that her interest rate went up a point and wouldnt affect her loan ""too much""......So basically she was lied to....aside from them not having the mileage correct on their paperwork , aside from having to for carfax report 5 times before receiving, aside from being ignored after the purchase of the car, aside from them not wanting to give information about prior service to the vehicle......so i`d like to thank the sales and financial people at Chronic Nissan of Griffin, Ga for ruining what is supposed to be a positive shopping experience for both my girlfrien and me.....and I will be contacting whomever needs to be informed about this.....kind of stupid to be stupid when running a business that can be easily destroyed in this economic time....my condolences.

world`s worst customer service
worst customer service i have ever encountered....starting with service receptionist, service manager, all the way to dealership owner, wanda cronic. the sad thing about my experience with cronic today is that i have a long-standing friendship with wanda and her husband. i am a professional clown, and have entertained for their children, as well as for dealership events. wanda cronic has known me for decades, sociall... view morey and professionally. that`s why i was shocked at the treatment i received today at the cronic dealership. my pt cruiser recently had the engine replaced by a local shop. the shop owner recommended that i take my car to cronic so that the code could be changed to accomodate the new engine. the shop owner called cronic, told the service manager that he had replaced my engine and needed cronic to sync the code. service manager agreed and told shop owner to take car in to cronic for servicing. when shop owner made follow-up call to cronic today to see when car would be ready, a woman named lorna told shop owner that they refused to work on my car due to a bad debt !! shop owner assured cronic that shop would cover costs. then shop owner called to tell me of conversation with lorna. i immediately drove to the cronic service department to speak with lorna. i told her that i had never been to cronic for service; therefore, i could NOT have ""burned"" them (as she put it to shop owner) for an unpaid bill. she told me that the owner, wanda cronic, had been the one to refuse service to me....... wanda insisted that i had refused to pay for service in past. i called wanda cronic and told her that it was not possible because my car had never been there for service. she insisted that she remembered it! she said she would check her files and call me back. i had even told her that service manager had to enter personal informantion, vin #, etc. this morning because they had not serviced my car before. wanda called back, told me that she had no service record for any of my vehicles (duh). then, rather than apologizing for her accusations, she told me that the reason she did not want to service my vehicle is because i had bought the car from another dealer. she said that she realized i had gotten a much better price at the other dealership; but that i had shown no loyalty to cronic. she became agitated and told me that ""nothing good would come of this"" if cronic scanned the code. i told her that there were other dealerships. i remained calm; but told her that the one good thing that had come out of this encounter is that she might learn to check her facts before she accused a potential customer of running out on a bill. she told her service dept that i was a bad risk. she told the other shop owner (who will never again recommend cronic) that i had ""burned"" them by not paying my bill. then, when she found out that i had no service history with cronic, she yelled at ME. i will NEVER do business with cronic. i will tell everyone i know NEVER to do business with cronic. when the owner lies, you can bet the entire institution is rotten.

Great Experiance
I had an awesome experiance at Cronic Nissan. This was my first new car purchase and i just felt so comfortable. Reba was my saleswomen, and she was great. I felt like she took care of me and actually cared. Tim Dye was the finance guy that i worked with and he was just as nice. I had went to Nissan of Union City and had a HORRIABLE experiance, so walking into Cronic, I was expecting the worse. Awful time at Cronic Nissan
On a recent visit to Cronic Nissan, I was very disappointed with my experience. The dealer would not listen to my concerns and was really impatient when we discussed warranty options. As a result of being treated poorly, I decided not to do business with Cronic Nissan, but instead I recently finished a deal with another dealership and was very satisfied. The difference between the two experiences was night and day.

Bad Experience at Cronic
I have had long-standing relationships with dealerships in the past, and I have always had positive experiences. My experience at this dealership, however, was the most negative customer service experience I have ever had. The dealer I worked with absolutely turned on me during our second meeting. Although I had not taken up much of his time (about two 20 minute meetings), this dealer became very impatient and agitat... view moreed with me when I expressed concerns about a botched paint job on a used vehicle. He repeatedly told me that the issues I saw in the paint job simply did not exist even though I showed him the over-spray, rough patches, and paint flecks that came off in my hand. I also had a concern about the engine jumping and jerking. He drove the vehicle to see what I was talking about. His explanation of the jerking? He said that the rear view mirror was loose, and I must have just thought I saw my head bobbing up and down when I caught my reflection in the rear view! This dealer became defensive and combative as soon as the first concern left my mouth, instantly telling me that I was wrong. This dealer told me several times that I was just not ready to buy a car. I cannot help but think that he was implying that I was not mature enough to buy a car. I am 24 years old and a female, and I really feel like this dealer had some preconceived ideas about my intention or ability to navigate the terms of this purchase. Despite my age, I take care to be an informed consumer, and I walked into the dealership that day with $14,000 in cash to put toward my purchase. Unfortunately for Cronic Nissan, I also walked out that day with $14,000.
