Tire quest

Broke down in Calhoun Georgia Friday night. Found tire quest. Have a 2002 Nissan altima. We were charged over $600 dollars to replace the mass air flow sensor. Got home today and looked up the part online. Saw where some were sold for less than $30. How can people live with themselves ripping people off.
