Took our 2003 Saturn Vue in for repair - explained the specific problem, their was some electrical problems, i.e. the inside lights wouldn`t turn on, and the key faub wouldn`t work, along with the steering seemed to go manual, and then the engine died. We paid to have the car towed to Family Tire, which they replaced everything from the spark plugs to the engine coils and got the car going for $788, which the car ra... view moren for four hours. The same exact problems happened and then died. They towed it again, had it for a week and couldn`t fix it, and would not return our money. We took it to a Chevy Dealership, said the problem was the Body Control Module, and none of the work Family Tire had anything to do fix the actual problem. When we confronted Family Tire, they still refused to return our money. Suffice it to say, we will see them in small claims court!!!!

Awful

I would REALLY like to give these people the benefit of doubt because they were very friendly but I am having a hard time because of what happened. I was advised of a problem and quoted almost $700 to fix something that a friend fixed for less than $10, could the labor have been almost $600??? . I have taken the car to two different shops just to make sure the car was fixed with just the one hose, both places c... view moreonfirmed the car was fine. I feel really taken advantaged of considering I had a job completed there and not much later this happened, surely they wouldn?ˆ™t have ?ˆ?broken?ˆ? my car so they could get me in there again?
